Allison’s gaze was icy and stern as she spoke to Emma. “If things keep escalating, I’ll give you the original shots of

these photos. I have more of them. They are clearer, and taken from different angles. Justice will prevail. Penelope

has taken too much from me, so it’s about time she returns what she owes.”

Emma looked at Allison. This Allison was different from the one she had just seen. This Allison made her feel a

sense of unease. She was still unconditionally on Allison’s side. After all, it was Allison who had given her this job,
