“What a pain!” The bodyguard escorting her out seemed a bit annoyed.

Yet seeing her apparently in real pain, he softened a bit.

Allison was really good–looking. Her eyes were covered with a black veil, making them invisible. But

Her voice turned gentle, a bit coquettish, “I’m just popping to the loo, I’ll be super quick. You can wait

Allison knew how to play her cards. Her deliberately coquettish tone cased his guard, and he escorted

her to the restroom door, “The restroom is right in there. Go in and come out as soon as possible”

Allison went into the restroom, took off her veil and scanned the surroundings. There were no windows

in the restroom, only ventilation ducts. She took a black pen from her pocket, made a mark on the

“My mom steals stuff. She had a baby for someone else, and she visits that baby every week, but when

I told my dad and mom, they said I was lying. nobody believes me.” He looked really down and then

suddenly pointed at Allison and started laughing. “There’s a beautiful moon behind you.”

Allison didn’t expect him to say that.

“What’s your name?”

“Heath”

Allison couldn’t stay any longer, Leah’s bodyguard was waiting at the door. She said to him, “There’s

also a beautiful moon behind you, Heath.”

His eyes lit up.

Having comforted Heath, Allison walked out of the restroom, was blindfolded again, and left the

hospital.

She sat in the car, now certain that Grace was being held at Mercy Grove Hospital by Leah.

After leaving the hospital, Allison went to the Secret Garden Diner, where she had arranged to meet Dr.

Dylan.

The Secret Garden Diner was a famous European restaurant in Northfield, and everyone had to book

in advance to dine there.

They were early for their reservation, so they sat in the waiting area.

Allison sat on a wooden chair, her eyes downcast, calm and gentle, exuding a refined aura

Dr. Dylan looked at her, his heart pounding. He couldn’t help but say, “Allison, can I call you Allison?”

Allison smiled, “Of course”

Dr. Dylan gathered his courage, “I really like you, Allison. Will you be my girlfriend?”

Allison was startled.

She suddenly looked up, her bright eyes looked at Dr. Dylan. It seemed like it took her a few seconds

to react.
