Chapter 210 Are Your Feelings For Him True

Eileen nodded in response.

“By the way, Eileen, there’s a problem here I can’t solve. Can you help me?”

Eileen looked puzzled, “Why are you calling me ‘Eileen?”

Jason spread the book out directly in front of her. “Benny is the top student in the whole grade, while

you’re second. That’s why.”

Is that so?

Eileen took a look but shook her head instead. “I don’t know how to solve this either. You could ask the

top student in our grade.”

Jason, with a pitiful expression, said, “He refuses to teach me at all.”

“But… I don’t know how to do it either! Benjamin, have you solved this problem? Could you perhaps

teach us?”

Benjamin pulled out a similar workbook from his bag. “Go ahead and look at it. If you don’t. understand,

feel free to ask.”

Eileen glanced at Benjamin, then at the workbook in front of her. After she opened it and flipped

through the pages, her surprise was evident. “You… you’ve finished all of these? When did you finish?

How did you do it so quickly?”

Jason gritted his teeth and replied, “He finished it in less than a week.”

Could he be a prodigy? Someone who’s naturally gifted?

In order to improve her grades, Eileen spent most of her days studying until midnight. Before she went

to sleep, she made it a point to memorize a few Uprian words.

“He doesn’t need extra classes?”

“It’s not necessary at all. He has been exceptional since junior high. I shared a desk with him for three

years, and he’d sleep through every class. But when it came to tests, he’d scribble something down

and still end up at the top of the grade.”

“That’s really impressive!”

“What are you all chatting about? It seems quite lively May I join in your conversation Vera walked into

the classroom, book in hand.

The once lively atmosphere, for some unknown reason, suddenly turned cold.

Eileen responded, “Nothing much, just discussing a math problem. Vera, how come you’re here too?”

Vera sat down next to Eileen and said, “Mr. Hallaway will be temporarily using our classroom to film

some scenes, so I took the liberty of bringing your backpack over. Take a look and see if anything’s

missing.”

Eileen took it. “Thank you.”

Usually, Eileen would be the last one to leave at the end of class, and it was already half past

nine.

For some reason, she was exceptionally tired that day.

Eileen contacted the driver, telling him not to pick her up today.

She also sent a message to Jasper. When he didn’t reply after a while, she didn’t think too

much of it.

I’ll just wait until he sees the message.

The driver, though puzzled, didn’t say anything. It would take an hour to get back now, and he was

indeed a bit tired that day.

Taking into consideration how long the car ride home would be, Eileen decided to spend the night in the

small room she had rented.

She retrieved the key from under the flower pot and noticed that the living room lights were on when

she opened the door.

There was a man and a woman on the couch. They were Elm and Calliope. Their positions, one above

the other with Elm bare-chested, left no doubt as to what they were doing.

Upon seeing Eileen enter, Elm abruptly pushed Calliope away and hastily grabbed the clothes beside

him to put them on.

The displeased Calliope frowned at Eileen. “What are you doing here?”

Eileen pursed her lips, pausing for a moment before saying, “Elm, this is my rental house!” Her voice

sounded calm, but it was clear that she was already angry.

A flicker of panic flashed across Elm’s eyes as he attempted to explain.

On her way back, Faleen was feeling a bit of a headache, unsure if it was due to a cold Thus, she

didn’t want to argue with them at all.

She looked at him, her spirit visibly worn. Eileen didn’t know what to say to him. In the end, she said

faintly, “Pack your things… and don’t come back again.”

Eileen returned to her room. It was relatively clean, devoid of dust, as if someone had tidied.

it up.

Without giving it much thought, she locked her room door, dropped her backpack, and went straight to

bed without even taking off her clothes. After that, she pulled the blanket over herself.

It seemed like there was a quarrel outside, but Eileen’s headache made her not want to get involved.

She tried hard not to overthink as she could feel her head splitting with pain, and after an indeterminate

amount of time, she drifted into a deep sleep.

At one o’clock in the morning, the screeching of the brakes shattered the silence of the night.

Jasper stepped out of the car, and to his surprise, the living room lights were still on at that

hour!

When he walked wearily into the foyer, the servant asked in confusion, “Mr. Jasper, isn’t Ms. Eileen with

you?”

Jasper furrowed his brows. “Eileen hasn’t returned?”

Suddenly, he had a bad feeling in his heart.

The servant spoke timidly. “No, Ms. Eileen called the driver and said she won’t be coming back today.

She mentioned she’ll be staying out. I… I thought, Ms. Eileen was with you.”

Jasper had just gotten back from the hospital. He glanced at his phone. There were no calls or unread

messages displayed.

He called her again and again, only to be met with the same message-The mobile phone is switched

off.”

A chilling aura gradually emanated from him. “Why didn’t you ask clearly? If she encounters danger

outside, I’ll fire all of you! What are you standing there for? Why haven’t you sent someone to search

yet?”

“Yes.. Mr. Jasper. The servant had never seen Jasper so angry before.

After the servant left, Jasper’s body swayed unsteadily, as if his leg ailment had flared up again. He

made his way to the couch and sat down, his hand supporting his forehead.

He was filled with fear and unparalleled terror

I should have ignored her if Fileen finds out about it. I don’t know what I should du

The bodyguards searched everywhere, from the hotels near the school to various nightlife.

but there was no trace of Eileen to be found.

spots,

Finally, it was nearly four in the morning.

Fabian poured a cup of steaming water and placed it in front of Jasper. “We haven’t been able to reach

the Swan residence by phone yet, but we’ve already sent someone over to inquire. Rest assured, Mr.

Smith, we will have news soon.”

No sooner had Fabian spoken than he received a message from his bodyguard.

For a moment, he didn’t know how to break the news to Jasper.

Jasper asked, “Have you received any news?”

Fabian replied slowly, “I’ve asked the bodyguards at both Undella Mansion and Euphoria

Condominium… Ms. Eileen hasn’t returned to either place.”

If Ms. Eileen didn’t go home, then where could she be?

Upon hearing the news, Jasper felt a pang of guilt. “Should I have ignored her? If I had… Eileen

wouldn’t have left and not come back! Has she seen Eileen since she returned?”

The uncertain Fabian shook his head. “I don’t think so. I believe Ms. Eileen is not the type to act

irrationally. Besides… she’s already aware of the situation.”

Jasper was suddenly taken aback. “When… when did she find out?”

Fabian began to explain. “When you were still in the hospital, Richard and Ms. Eileen were also there.

Richard didn’t say much, and there were many things Ms. Eileen was unaware of. If she did know, she

would definitely understand your actions. To be honest, if you truly wanted to be with Ms. Eileen, you

shouldn’t have gone to the hospital today.”

Jasper’s eyes, as dark as the night, lowered as he lost himself in thought.

Jasper would prefer her to be irrational.

That way, he would feel that she cared about him.

Sometimes, Jasper also had his doubts.

Are Eileen’s feelings for me truly genuine?
