What was going on? Were they in a TV show?

“If you don’t hand over Ellora soon, I can’t guarantee that I won’t make a mistake,”

Cynthia threatened, her usually indifferent eyes now filled with coldness.

Upon hearing her words, Chyler instinctively took a step back. If that small playing card

had come toward him with the same force and speed, he would definitely be done for.

“What happened?” Joshua asked.

Joshua did not reply. Hearing this unreliable response, Joshua hung up and accelerated his

car.

Cynthia waited downstairs for almost ten minutes, but Chyler did not come out. Then, just

as she was about to enter forcefully, she felt a vibration in her pocket.

Seeing an unknown phone number, she declined the call.

However, the persistent caller dialed a second time.

Cynthia put away the playing card in her hand and answered the call.

“Hello, who is this?”

“Is this Cynthia? I’m Samantha Tanz. Your friend is currently at the hospital on South Road.

Someone is forcing her to have an abortion. Can you come over?” A pleasant yet anxious

female voice came through the phone.

“Name.”

“Ellora Reynolds.”

Cynthia was taken aback when she heard the name. Then, she quickly composed herself

and replied, “Got it. Thank you.”

Cynthia had checked Ellora’s phone’s GPS location before coming over. However, she

finally realized that Chyler had deliberately planned this situation. Nonetheless, she did

not have time to settle the score with Chyler.

Cynthia was about to run out to find a car when she saw Joshua driving up in his car.

Without much

thought, she rushed to him and asked to borrow his car.

Joshua followed her into the car, and Cynthia did not pay him any mind. Then, she started

the car and accelerated away from the villa.

The bodyguards were confused by the scene, completely clueless about why Cynthia

suddenly left.

When Chyler heard about this, he felt relieved as Joshua finally took Cynthia away.

However, he froze when he received a call from his assistant.

The assistant explained the situation on the other end of the line. “Mr. Young, Ms. Tanz

somehow ended up here and called Mrs. Neal. She’s blocking us. Should we proceed with

the surgery?”

“Samantha?”

“Yes, Mr. Young.”

Chyler was fuming with anger.

What was that brat doing? Why was she causing trouble at a time like this?!

“Have someone remove her. Regardless, the surgery must proceed.” Chyler quickly gave

the order, and at the end, he added, “Be mindful of Ellora’s emotions.”

“Yes, Mr. Young,” the assistant replied and hung up the phone.

At the hospital, a girl with long black hair stood in front of Ellora. She had a graceful and

stylish demeanor, dressed in the latest fashionable clothing for the season..

Chyler’s assistant, in a suit, looked professional and businesslike. Ms. Tanz, this is Mr.

Young’s family matter. We’ll have to use force if you don’t step aside
