Dick listened to her words, nodding. “Okay.”

The room was quiet. Theresa was busy with acupuncture and occasionally chatted with Dick.

Charlie came up from downstairs and stood at the door, looking at the two people. Dick’s room was large. The two

After Theresa and Dick finished, Rawlins came in and said to Dick, “Mr. White, Mr. Calsis is here.”

“Charlie?” Hearing this, Dick looked at Theresa, then turned to asked Rawlins, “Where is he?”

‘Downstairs. It’s been a while. He said he came with Dr. Cameron!”

Dick asked, “Did Charlie come with you?”

Theresa said, “I’m on his way.”

“He’s still pestering you, right? Dick stood up after listening to Theresa’s words. “Now that he’s here, I need to see

him.”

“You are not gonna sleep?” Theresa asked Dick. She did not know why she always felt that when

Dick heard the name of Charlie, he would become energetic. He was nothing like the guy she just saw!

Theresa looked him, helpless. But she still followed Dick downstairs. Knowing they weren’t on good

terms, Theresa was afraid they might fight. Charlie sat on the sofa and soon Dick also sat down.

Dick looked at the cup that was not moved in front of Charlie and said, “What brings you here, Mr.

Calsis?”

Charlie looked at him and said, “Theresa was coming. I drove her here and drop by.”

Dick raised his eyebrow and said, “It’s very kind of you to take care of my fiancee.”

Theresa’s lips twitched. ‘Fiancee? He is very capable of angering Charlie.’

The corners of Charlie’s mouth twitched. He raised his head, looked at Theresa and said, “It’s just a

woman I don’t want. Why not let you have her? Well, I guess It’s gonna be hard for you to get a woman!

Dr. Cameron must have lost her mind so she fell for you.”
