Rose looked at him and relented, saying, “Jimmy, I will accompany you to apologize to Theresa. I think she is not

merciless, and we can reason with her. As long as you promise to reform yourself, she will put aside the hatred and

forgive you. What do you think about it?”

“If I do as you require, will you return to my side?” Jimmy looked at Rose pleadingly.
