“Even if you can’t fall asleep, you have to,” Theresa said. “Did you use the sachet that I asked Leonard to give you

last time? It can help you fall asleep.”

“So you gave me that stuff to help me fall asleep?” Dick asked.

Theresa rolled her eyes at him. “Or what do you think it is? Have a good sleep. I’ll ask Rawlins to keep an eye on

you. If you can’t do it, I’ll be angry.”

No one dared to order Dick like that before.

But Theresa’s serious face really made Dick afraid.

When she went downstairs, she found that Celia and Chandler were still there.

Their car was parked at the door.

Seeing Theresa come out, Chandler rolled down the window and called out, “Theresa.”

Theresa was taken aback when she saw Chandler.

“Mr. Chandler, what can I do for you?” she asked.

After all, Chandler even waited for her there.

Chandler said, “I want to ask you something about Dick.”

Then he opened the door and got out of the car. Celia said, “I want to go with you.”

Chandler stood by the window and said, “Wait for me in the car. I’ll be back after I finish talking to her.”

Dick had lied to them. Theresa was wondering if she should make it clear to Chandler.

Chandler looked at her and asked, “Is Dick’s condition really that serious?”

Theresa looked at Chandler curiously, “So you won’t object even if I’m with him?”

Chandler chuckled. “Didn’t you say that you were only his doctor? I ask you to care about him, but it doesn’t mean I

don’t have an objection to your marriage. I really want to know what’s going on between you and Dick? Does he

just want to piss his father off?”

Theresa took a look at Chandler and found that this man was very smart.

Seeing her reaction, Chandler knew that he was probably right. He said, “If that’s the case, you’d better not get

involved in their family affairs. It won’t do any good to you. Charlie takes what happened yesterday seriously. If you

feel sorry for him, make it clear to him. I don’t want him to be so sad.”
