Grey kept tabs on the meeting while traveling with the group. The Gnworld has an abundance of the darkness element which made it a haven for any Darkness Elementalist. Now they understood why all Gnomes had the darkness element, even though there are a few who have other elements along with it.

The darkness element was customary since the abundance of the darkness element would largely influence the elemental affinity of the children. There are people who specifically ensure their places have an abundance of the fire element or any other element. This will greatly increase the probability of having children with the selemental affinity.

Most top Families do things like this, hence the reason for the large number of selemental affinity among the children. This will make the Family popular for a particular element. It's natural that a few would have other elements rather than the desired one, but in most cases, the children always tend to have the selements after their elemental affinity is tested.

Grey and the group moved cautiously. He was already aware of what it meant to move freely in this place, hence, his darkness element was more evident right now. His friends didn't have the darkness element, but he had a way to make it show. All he did was to create an array around their bodies, and they exuded the darkness element even though they've never used it once in their lives.

Grey is always resourceful, something all his friends are well aware of.

It took a few hours, but they finally got to the City where the Palace was located. The sheer quality of the darkness essence present here was almost triple what it was outside. As they moved closer to the Palace, they noticed the essence started to increase even further.

"Now I see why that guy was advancing that fast." Grey commented as he looked at the Palace.

There was no way for them to get into it at the moment since the place was still filled with top Sovereigns from all around the Gnworld.

"What should we do now?" Klaus asked.

"I've already prepared a place for us to rest before the meeting is over. In case you're forgetting, I have the Seventh Prince of the Emperor under my control, even if he doesn't have the authority to rule the empire now, at least he can still pull sstrings here and there." Grey explained and told the others to follow him, they soon got to a tavern, and with a few words, Grey and his friends were escorted into separate rooms.

Klaus and Reynolds left their room and headed straight for Grey's room, Alice did the sas well. The reason for this was simple, they were afraid of being caught. If Grey isn't present, there was no way for them to prove they were Necromancers, so they had to make sure they were with Grey at all times.

Three more hours went by and the Prince arrived with someone in tow. Grey has cto know who this person was, Malachi, the Seventh Prince's right hand man. He was the one the Seventh Prince sent over to reserve these rooms.

"Thank you for honoring my invitation, I know your world has a more eye-catching event, but I can assure you, you won't regret this." The Seventh Prince said as he arrived, he wasn't humble, neither was he cocky. This aligned with the character of the Prince Grey has cto understand.

"The honor is all ours, your highness." Grey and the others bowed to show their respect on their faces.

When Malachi saw the faces of the four, he could tell they were all pleased to be under the Seventh Prince. According to what the Seventh Prince told him, he would be taking in four exceptional Necromancers that will go on to beclegendary people, and seeing the cultivation stage of the four before him, he was impressed. He couldn't help but think about how the Seventh Prince was able to recruit such powerhouses.

They were only in the Venerable Plane, while the four people before him were in the Sovereign Plane. He didn't dare to look down on them even though they were not Gnomes. He nodded to them as a sign of respect, and the four reciprocated.

"Your highness, will we have to stay here, or do you have plans of taking us into the Palace?" Grey went straight to the point. He didn't know how much tthey had, so the sooner he got to business, the better it was for them.

"I brought these specifically for you four. Without these, there's no way people will know you're under my faction." The Seventh Prince handed four clothes, all with a special insignia to them. A flying boar that had a special looking wings. The tail of the boar was a snake. This was the insignia of the Seventh Prince.

According to what Grey found out, the Seventh Prince used this particular boar because he wanted others to know that if anyone tried to stab him from the back, he could bite them before they even tried.

Grey and the others put on the clothes and followed the Seventh Prince back to the Palace. They weren't stopped outside the Palace gate, after all, they were with the Seventh Prince.

The rumors of the Seventh Prince recruiting four incredible Necromancers from the human world soon spread around the Palace, but the shocking part is that of all the Princes contesting for the throne, only the First and Second Prince have Necromancers in the Sovereign Plane. The others haven't been able to recruit anyone of that caliber. Once Necromancers get to the Sovereign Plane, they all becprideful.

Getting to the Sovereign Plane is naturally a reason to becprideful, so the others didn't bother. With the Seventh Prince being able to recruit not just one, but four Necromancers at the stime, he made the others feel he was up to something. The resources needed to woo these Necromancers wouldn't be cheap, and even the First and Second Princes wouldn't be able to afford a second one, much less getting four at once.

….

One of the rooms in the Palace.

"Find out everything you can on those four. I can't let them just waltz into the Palace like it's their backyard."

"Yes, your highness."

This was not the only place this conversation was being held, the other Princes were all trying to figure out the identities of these Necromancers one after the other.

….

While the others were worried about their identities, Grey could care less about these people, he was currently in the Royal library, devouring as much information as he could. He used the Seventh Prince to read a few things while he was controlling him, but he didn't enjoy it, as the information wasn't as great as when he was the one doing the reading.

During the first two days of entering the Palace, the four didn't step out, and neither did the Seventh Prince. Grey couldn't let him out of his control, so he had to make sure he was always under his control. At the moment, the Seventh Prince isn't the only one under his control in the Palace, Malachi has been placed under his control, and even the guard standing outside the library.

He didn't want anyone to know of his activity, so he naturally wanted to make sure he didn't make any mistakes. He couldn't help but wish that he brought the Necromancer who taught him how to control people, but he felt safer this way since he didn't know what that guy might do. This was the Gnomes world after all, with just a simple thought, he could reveal the identities of Grey and his friends.

….

The Royal Library.

Grey was seated, going through a scroll that spoke of how the Gnomes cabout necromancy when he heard footsteps. He raised his head to see someone dressed in blue, wearing the insignia of a shield. He knew who this insignia belonged to, the Second Prince.

The person walking over was a Necromancer in the Second stage of the Sovereign Plane. The Second Prince was in the Fourth stage of the Sovereign Plane, and his Necromancer was recruited when he was at the Peak of the Venerable Plane. The Second Prince was the one who made it possible for him to break through to the Sovereign Plane, so he was naturally in his debt.

"Where are you from, brother?" The Necromancer said as he took a seat opposite Grey.

Grey took a good look at the Necromancer, he was a middle-

aged man who had long blonde hair, his eyes were almost pure black. But in such a place, it didn't feel out of place since he's not the only one like this.

"I don't think you're interested in knowing that, brother." He replied slowly, looking straight at the eyes of the man.
